Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, providing strategic guidance and making sound decisions to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with the executive team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Manage the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, financial statements, and financial ratios to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance to drive their professional growth.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a finance leadership role.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a strong understanding of wireframing and prototyping.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
